Video from the “Omaha’s Got Talent” tryouts on Aug. 25 has been posted on YouTube. Additional videos similar to the one above can be seen by clicking here<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The “Omaha’s Got Talent” event, which will be presented by students from the UNMC College of Pharmacy, will be Saturday, Sept. 22 in the Central High School Auditorium at 7 p.m. Show proceeds will go to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. <\/p>\n

About 20 acts will participate in the contest with the most talented act receiving $1,000. Local celebrities and lymphoma survivors will serve as judges. <\/p>\n

The students are looking for volunteers and donations. If you are interested in participating, making a donation or being a volunteer, please contact Andersen at tanderse@unmc.edu<\/a> or 669-2812. <\/p>\n

Tickets for the show are $15 and will be available at the door, online at www.omahasgottalent.com<\/a> using PayPal or by cash or check at the UNMC College of Pharmacy dean’s office on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Pharmacy students also are selling tickets outside the University Tower cafeteria on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
