It was created by staff at the McGoogan Library. The directory is managed by a team of librarians and a citizen advisory group. <\/p>\n<p>In addition to funding through UNMC, Go Local Nebraska also is supported by the National Network of Libraries of Medicine and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nlc.state.ne.us\/\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Nebraska Library Commission<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Nebraska public libraries in Blair, Oakland, Hooper and Wahoo are currently reviewing and updating their community&#8217;s health services information for the Go Local Nebraska database. <\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/library\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">McGoogan Library of Medicine<\/a> is directed by Nancy Woelfl, Ph.D., and has served Nebraska consumers with access to free health information since 1984.
