ophthalmology, who made the Best Doctor&#8217;s in America list, was inadvertently omitted from the initial story that ran in UNMC Today on Jan. 31. <\/p>\n<p>He was one of a total of 279 UNMC physicians, including 150 full and part-time faculty, have been recognized on this year&#8217;s list of the Best Doctors in America. <\/p>\n<p>The Best Doctors in America 2007-2008 database contains the names and professional profiles of approximately 35,000 physicians in the United States in more than 40 specialties, or the top 3 percent to 5 percent of specialists in the country. <\/p>\n<p>UNMC
