\nCindy Plate, a grants and projects associate at the Eppley Institute, displays her pedometer aboard the cruise ship she and her husband recently traveled the Carribean on in celebration of their 30th anniversary. <\/p>\n

Plate surpassed the 2 million step mark during some point of her cruise trip, which included ziplining in Barbados and participating in a Komen Walk for the Cure onboard the ship. <\/p>\n
