\n<\/TABLE>The organizers of the annual SHARING the Green Golf Tournament seek donors for this year’s outing, which will be held Friday, Sept. 5 at Stone Creek Golf Course in Omaha. <\/p>\n

The 18-hole event will tee off at 1 p.m. that day and funds from the tournament will support the student-run SHARING Clinics at UNMC. <\/p>\n

“SHARING the Green is our most important fundraiser of the year,” said medical student John “Mac” Longo, one of the organizers of this year’s golf tournament. “Money raised by the golf tournament goes toward clinic operations, enabling us to continue to serve our patients.”<\/p>\n

Last year, $38,000 was raised during the SHARING the Green tournament. <\/p>\n

There are several levels of donation available to participants ranging from the $6,000 SHARING Title Sponsor level to the $90 individual participation donation. All donations are tax deductible and sponsors will be recognized for their support of the event. <\/p>\n
