\"pictureExpand your wellness horizons by joining N-Lighten Nebraska 2009. <\/p>\n

As state employees, you receive a special discount and can register for only $5! <\/p>\n

This is a significant savings from the $17 registration fee. <\/p>\n

N-Lighten Nebraska is a wellness program that allows you to work as a team to increase your physical activity and\/or lose weight in a healthy way. <\/p>\n

Participants will receive a free T-shirt, weekly tips and information on healthy eating, physical fitness and financial wellness, and free entry to the 2009 Cornhusker State Games Volkswalk and Opening Ceremonies. <\/p>\n

You also will be able to compete for thousands of prizes and incentives along the way and track your team progress on real time leader boards. <\/p>\n

The top three teams in each division will earn medals. <\/p>\n

Teams can include between two and 10 people and team captains will receive a free copy of the N-Lighten Nebraska Cookbook, which is filled with great healthy recipes from fellow participants. <\/p>\n

The program runs until May 1 and although it has started, you have plenty of time to register your team! <\/p>\n
