\nLunch will be provided to the first 150 participants to attend each session. Preregistration is required and can be completed here<\/a> or at sapphire.nebraska.edu<\/a> by clicking on training, then training registration. <\/p>\n

UNMC will launch its fall sessions for the Learn@Lunch Series on Thursday, Sept. 10. <\/p>\n

The fall session will focus on teambuilding and how employees can help build the desired team to achieve the vision and mission of the department, the unit and UNMC. <\/p>\n

Learn how to impact team members and ensure that everyone is on the same playing field by turning negative team experiences into positive ones. Raise the bar on team expectations and boldly go where no team has gone before. <\/p>\n

UNMC Human Resources begins the Fall 2009 series with “Dynamics, Disasters and Delights of Teamwork” on Thursday, Sept. 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Durham Research Center Auditorium. <\/p>\n

Whether or not you like to work in a team environment, this session will provide you with new communication tools and valuable information on accomplishing your goals and meeting the aspirations of your organization. <\/p>\n

This program discusses your role and responsibilities to the team and how you may be unknowingly sabotaging the team’s success. <\/p>\n

The speaker for this session will be Kelly Wirges, president and CEO of Promax Training & Consulting. <\/p>\n
