from the Nebraska Chapter of the March of Dimes.<\/p>\n<p>Linda Sather, Ed.D., and Susan Beidler, Ph.D., also were honored with the Excellence in Nursing Award for exemplary service and Jackie Tewes, College of Nursing-Omaha, and Corey Smidt, Kearney Division, were two of six Nebraska nursing students to receive the Student Nurse Excellence Award.<\/p>\n<p>The awards were given by the Nebraska Chapter of the March of Dimes and Children&#8217;s Hospital and Medical Center at a ceremony during which 114 Nebraska nurses were recognized for their dedication to the profession and quality patient
