{"id":35717,"date":"2009-11-25T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-11-25T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2009\/11\/25\/wellness-wednesday-health-risk-assessment-reminder-2\/"},"modified":"2009-11-25T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2009-11-25T06:00:00","slug":"wellness-wednesday-health-risk-assessment-reminder-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2009\/11\/25\/wellness-wednesday-health-risk-assessment-reminder-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Wellness Wednesday &#8211; Health Risk Assessment reminder"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\"><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WellnessWednesday.jpg\" border=\"0\" align=\"right\" alt=\"picture disc.\">Employees have 10 days left to take the Health Risk Assessment, which entitles those with university health insurance to enhanced wellness benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Employees have until Dec. 4 to take the HRA. <\/p>\n<p><TABLE border=\"0\" width=\"260\" cellspacing=\"5\" cellpadding=\"3\" align=\"right\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><br \/>\n<TABLE border=\"1\" width=\"250\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"5\" bgcolor=\"EAE4A9\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\"><br \/>\n<B><br \/>\nLogging on<br \/>\n<\/B><br \/>\n<BR><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\" size=\"2\"><br \/>\nTo log into the Health Risk Assessment, UNMC employees need to use a special variation of their UNMC personnel ID number as their username.<br \/>\n<UL><LI>If your personnel ID number is five digits long, your username will be &#8220;UNMC000-&#8221; followed by your number (i.e. if your number was 12345, your login would be UNMC00012345).<br \/>\n<LI>If your personnel ID number is six digits long, your username will be &#8220;UNMC00-&#8221; followed by your number. (i.e. if your number was 123456, your login would be UNMC00123456).<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>Your temporary password is &#8220;wellness,&#8221; which you will need to change once you&#8217;ve logged in.<\/p>\n<p>Those who have trouble logging in should call 559-4340.<br \/>\n<\/P><br \/>\n<\/FONT><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE>Those with university insurance who take the HRA will have access to:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>A $300 Wellness and Preventative Services benefit &#8212; a $50 increase over the standard benefit;<br \/>\n<LI>A $600 Well-Child Care Benefit &#8212; a $100 increase over the standard benefit;<br \/>\n<LI>A free colonoscopy through a Blue Cross Blue Shield preferred provider every 10 years once they reach the age of 50; and<br \/>\n<LI>No co-pay for generic drugs accessed through mail service.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>The HRA is voluntary and will be taken at <a href=\"https:\/\/bcbsne.wellstreamonline.com\/login.php?goto=%2F\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Wellstream Online<\/a> or in <a href=\"https:\/\/firefly.nebraska.edu\/\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Firefly<\/a> (See log on instructions on the right).
