Those who need help with their Firefly usernames and passwords should contact Brock Steinbrink at 559-5880 or <a href=\"mailto:bsteinbrink@unmc.edu\">bsteinbrink@unmc.edu<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/P><br \/>\n<\/FONT><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE>Employees have five days left to reenroll for their NUFlex benefts.<\/p>\n<p>The 2010 NUFlex reenrollment period ends at 5 p.m. on Friday. <\/p>\n<p>This year, NUFlex enrollment is only offered online through the <a href=\"https:\/\/firefly.nebraska.edu\/\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Firefly Employee Self Service<\/a>. No paper enrollment forms will be accepted for reenrollment.  <\/p>\n<p>If no changes are made online by 5 p.m. on Friday, employees will:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>Keep their current benefits;<br \/>\n<LI>Not be enrolled in the Reimbursement Accounts in 2010; and<br \/>\n<LI>Be designated as a tobacco\/nicotine user for life insurance premiums.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>There is no exception to this policy.<\/p>\n<p>Additional NUFlex benefit information may be viewed on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nebraska.edu\/benefits\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Nebraska benefits Web page<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><TABLE border=\"0\" width=\"260\" cellspacing=\"5\" cellpadding=\"3\" align=\"right\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><br \/>\n<TABLE border=\"1\" width=\"250\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"5\" bgcolor=\"EAE4A9\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\"><br \/>\n<B><br \/>\nTutorial and questions<br \/>\n<\/B><br \/>\n<BR><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\" size=\"2\"><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/fireflyhelp.nebraska.edu\/nuflex\/nuflex.htm\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">View tutorial videos that will help you reenroll for your NUFlex benefits online<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>One video is titled &#8220;Watch How It&#8217;s Done&#8221; and shows step-by-step how to enroll into benefits through <a href=\"https:\/\/firefly.nebraska.edu\/\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Firefly<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>A &#8220;Give It A Try&#8221; video is an interactive video that lets employees proceed at their own pace by clicking through the process. <\/p>\n<p>Please note that the dates and insurance rates mentioned in the videos are last year&#8217;s dates\/rate and do not apply to this year. The process detailed in the videos, however, is basically still the same.<br \/>\n<\/P><br \/>\n<\/FONT><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE>The will be a informational meetings about NUFlex and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2009\/11\/16\/employees-can-take-health-risk-assessment-starting-today\/\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Health Risk Assessment<\/a> on Tuesday at noon in the College of Nursing, Room 1010. <\/p>\n<p>Those with questions about their benefits may contact:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>Joanne Watkins at 559-4340 or <a href=\"mailto:jwatkins@unmc.edu\">jwatkins@unmc.edu<\/a>;<br \/>\n<LI>Dana Teeters at 559-5911 or <a href=\"mailto:dteeters@unmc.edu\">dteeters@unmc.edu<\/a>; and<br \/>\n<LI>Jan Ortmann at 559-7403 or <a href=\"mailto:jortmann@unmc.edu\">jortmann@unmc.edu<\/a>.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>The UNMC benefits office will have the following extended hours during the reenrollment period &#8212; 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The office has a computer set up for employees to use for reenrollment.
