during extreme weather, however, non-essential personnel are urged to exercise good judgment on whether to report to work or leave early in such conditions. <\/p>\n<p>Here are some points regarding UNMC&#8217;s work schedule policy and inclement weather:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>In times of severe weather, natural or other disasters, essential personnel may be required to remain on campus for extended periods of time;<br \/>\n<LI>Employees must notify their supervisors as soon as possible if they are unable to report to work; and<br \/>\n<LI>Employees who wish to leave work may take vacation time
