Attendees will learn about<br \/>\n<UL><LI>Budgeting;<br \/>\n<LI>Credit scores; and<br \/>\n<LI>The benefits of saving and protecting identity.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>A date and time for this sessions will be announced in UNMC Today.<br \/>\n<\/P><br \/>\n<\/FONT><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE>Mortgages and other aspects of home buying will be the focus of an upcoming Learn@Lunch session at UNMC. <\/p>\n<p>At the June 24 session, which will starts at noon in Wittson Hall, Room 3034, Metro Federal Credit Union representatives will discuss:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>All aspects of mortgage financing; and<br \/>\n<LI>How credit affects one&#8217;s ability to obtain a home loan.<\/UL>  <\/p>\n<p>They also will walk attendees through the home buying process and show the advantages of refinancing a loan for current home owners. <\/p>\n<p>Another part of the seminar &#8212; which is sponsored by UNMC Human Resources &#8212; will cover general information about the home buying industry including:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>The recent changes that have occurred in the market;<br \/>\n<LI>Different loan program types; and<br \/>\n<LI>Definitions of popular mortgage terminology.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>Attendees will have a chance to answer questions at the seminar. <\/p>\n<p>Cookies will be provided and attendees are encouraged to bring lunch.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/unebapps01.nebraska.edu\/uwide\/trnreg.nsf\/08ac36e30efe1d2c86256b63007393df\/8417b7d8ef8665778625773700757eca?OpenDocument\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">Register online<\/a>.
