series participants graduate"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\"><p>Forty-eight UNMC employees have graduated from the 2010 UNMC Management Series. <\/p>\n<p>The eight-month series provides UNMC supervisors, managers and administrators with the tools to become highly effective leaders. <\/p>\n<p>It also provides participants with an understanding of UNMC policies and procedures.<br \/>\nSponsored by UNMC Human Resources, the UNMC Management Series covered such topics as leadership, communication, compliance, teamwork, managing
