Employees must provide proof of eligibility of dependents covered under the university’s medical and\/or dental insurance plans.<\/p>\n

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT EMPLOYEES COMPLY WITH THE AUDIT AS FAILING TO DO SO COULD RESULT IN DEPENDENTS BEING DROPPED FROM COVERAGE.<\/B><\/p>\n
