Please bring water, a mat (if you do not have one, there are a limited number available please note that in your RSVP) and wear comfortable clothes.      <P><br \/>\n  RSVP to <a href=\"mailto:unmclink@unmc.edu\">unmclink@unmc.edu<\/a> if you are interested.
