sessions to help with the move to new email system"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\"><p>UNMC will soon use a new email system &#8212; Microsoft Outlook\/Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>ITS recommends that employees clean up and prioritize their email because not all Lotus Notes email will be migrated to the new system. <\/p>\n<p>To help make this process a little easier, ITS offers several sessions to pass along tips to help employees:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>Sort and delete multiple emails quickly;<br \/>\n<LI>Prioritize mail and save important messages to a special folder; and<br \/>\n<LI>Convert messages to PDFs.<\/UL><\/p>\n<p>The training session schedule is as follows:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>Dec. 7 from 2 to 3 p.m., Sorrell Center, Room 1005;<br \/>\n<LI>Dec. 8 from 2 to 3 p.m., Durham Research Center, Room 1004;<br \/>\n<LI>Dec. 13 from 11 a.m. to noon, Sorrell Center, Room 2018; and<br \/>\n<LI>Dec. 15 from 3 to 4 p.m., DRC, Room
