These are just a few services McGoogan librarians can assist you with thanks to a new grant designed to help librarians adopt new technology and demonstrate its use to campus and employees.<\/p>\n

\n<\/TABLE>A team of four medical librarians and a faculty member in the College of Public Health were among 48 in the Midwest region to receive iPads as part of a grant from the MidContinental Region of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine.<\/p>\n

“It is vital that we keep learning and sharing new technologies and resources of interest to the faculty, staff and students,” said Marie Reidelbach, associate director of McGoogan Library of Medicine.<\/p>\n

The “iTest iPad Project” will run from Feb. 27 through April 30. <\/p>\n

During that time, McGoogan Library will share information resources and tips through Mobile Monday posts to a McGoogan Library Guide, the McGoogan Library blog and the McGoogan Facebook page. <\/p>\n
