\n<\/TABLE>Super users<\/B><\/p>\n

The initial point of contact for questions and support at go live will be a “super user.” <\/p>\n

Aside from ground-level support, super users also will provide updates to their designated areas and report system issues — both technical and user — to the One Chart project team.<\/p>\n

Command center provides more backing<\/B><\/p>\n

If a super user needs additional support to assist their user, they will contact the One Chart Command Center, which will be activated on April 3 for the launch of One Chart at the UNMC Physicians Brentwood Village Clinic. <\/p>\n

The center will be staffed with 70 to 80 employees — mostly One Chart core team members — who are intimately familiar with the system. The number of staff will be increased for the subsequent May and August go lives. Details regarding available hours to contact the Command Center are currently being developed. <\/p>\n

Staff prepared<\/B><\/p>\n

“We will be staffed appropriately to handle issues that will arise,” said Paul Hakenkamp, director of Information Technology at Bellevue Medical Center, who leads the team charged with the creation and implementation of the Command Center. “The go-live support process will be a learning process throughout the three go lives. We will transfer the best practices learned from each to better the next.” <\/p>\n

The Command Center also will use a web communication tool to post critical issues, resolutions and frequently asked questions at go live.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
