For one class, we met at Mahoney State Park, midway between Omaha and Lincoln. It was in the fall, the weather was perfect and the scene in the park was amazing. This was the first time I had a class outside a formal classroom.<\/p>\n<p><B>Our four brand values are leadership, commitment to excellence, working together and being a trusted resource. Pick one and tell us a time you witnessed it embodied at UNMC.<\/B><\/p>\n<p>I pick commitment to excellence and take this opportunity to thank the people in the UNMC mailing services. I worked with them to ship donated books during a campaign for the Egyptian universities. People in the mailing services looked for the best rates, packed boxes in an efficient way and even picked up lots of heavy boxes from my lab.
