{"id":40542,"date":"2012-05-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2012-05-31T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2012\/05\/31\/a-list-of-upcoming-construction-closings\/"},"modified":"2012-05-31T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2012-05-31T05:00:00","slug":"a-list-of-upcoming-construction-closings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2012\/05\/31\/a-list-of-upcoming-construction-closings\/","title":{"rendered":"A list of upcoming construction closings"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\"><p>Below is a list of campus street, sidewalk and thoroughfare closings that will take place in coming weeks and months to facilitate utility and concrete repair. <\/p>\n<p><UL><LI>One lane of Emile Street between 42nd and 41st streets closed Wednesday for water main repair and will reopen Monday.<br \/>\n<LI>42nd Street between Dewey Avenue and Emile Street will close Saturday, June 9 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The 42nd Street (east) entrance to Wittson Hall also will close during this time. The south entrance of Wittson Hall near Bennett Hall will remain open.<br \/>\n<LI>The westbound lane of Emile Street at The Lied Transplant Center will close June 6 to June 12 for water main installation. Access to The Lied Transplant Center will be maintained from the east. One lane of traffic will remain open at all times.<br \/>\n<LI>The Wittson Hall east entrance on 42nd Street will close June 18 through Aug. 1 as a portion of the sidewalk on the west side of 42nd Street undergoes concrete repair. Wittson Hall will be accessible from the south near Bennett Hall during this time.<\/UL><\/p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\" style=\"display: none;\" title=\"L  vEuPn  bX Q W \">L
