I&#8217;m always surprised when I finally get to meet a person I helped over the phone or through email. It&#8217;s great when you can put names with faces that you don&#8217;t see on a regular basis.  <\/p>\n<p><B>Our four brand values are leadership, commitment to excellence, working together and being a trusted resource.  Pick one and tell us a time you witnessed it embodied at UNMC.<\/B><\/p>\n<p>The Patient Information Office (PIO) is definitely a department that is committed to excellence. It&#8217;s our top priority to make sure families get the services that they need for their children. We also make ourselves available to all employees and clinics here at MMI.
