I used to do this all the time in Lotus Notes and can&#8217;t find it in Outlook.<\/p>\n<p><B>Answer:<\/B> On a PC should be able to see the &#8220;Unread&#8221; folder in the left navigation pane, usually toward the bottom of your folder list. If it is not showing, you can add it if you go to:<br \/>\n<UL><LI>In &#8220;Mail,&#8221; on the &#8220;Folder&#8221; tab, in the &#8220;New&#8221; group, click &#8220;New Search&#8221; folder. (Keyboard shortcut To create a new &#8220;Search Folder,&#8221; press CTRL+SHIFT+P).<br \/>\n<LI>In the &#8220;Reading Mail&#8221; section, click &#8220;Unread Mail.&#8221;<br \/>\n<LI>Click &#8220;OK.&#8221;<\/UL><\/p>\n<p><B>Another route<\/B><\/p>\n<p>You also can click the folder you wish to search and click the &#8220;Filter E-mail&#8221; (looks like a funnel) icon on the far right of the &#8220;Home&#8221; tab and select &#8220;Unread.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><B>For Macs<\/B><\/p>\n<p>On a Mac, you can click the folder to search and select &#8220;Filters&#8221; from the &#8220;Home&#8221; tab and select &#8220;Unread.&#8221; The unread folder does not appear in the task pane on a Mac.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Unread Mail&#8221; folder is available in Outlook Web Access, and you can also click &#8220;Filter&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Unread mail.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><B>Learn more<\/B><\/p>\n<p>Come to our Autumn Tricks and Treats session today from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the ITS training room, 8011 Wittson for these and other productivity and email management tips.<\/p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\" style=\"display: none;\" title=\"oJRjpTGXtrop  icF\">oJRjpTGXtrop  icF<\/a><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How do I view unread mail only?
