This is because your balance will not reflect requests submitted for 2013 until the carry forward balance is moved to the new year in January 2013. <\/p>\n<p>The warning messages shown below are legitimate because the leave balances are not yet recognized in 2013, but will not impact the processing of your request.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Effective
