How can I tell how much space I have left in my UNMC email? If I reach my maximum, can I still send and receive messages?<\/B><\/p>\n

Everyone with a UNMC account receives 2 GB (2048 megabytes or 2,048,000 kilobytes) space for email. Here is a link<\/a> to convert computer storage units. You will get warnings when you reach 1.5 MB, as well as when you hit your 2 GB total. Once you have used your entire space, you will no longer be able to send messages. You will receive a visual cue that you are over quota and need to clean up. You will continue to receive messages but you will need to delete before you can send any messages.<\/p>\n

The easiest way to find out your email size is from Outlook Web Access (OWA). Just hover over your name in the left navigation pane. It will show your total usage. However, you can also see how much total space you’re using as well as the size of individual folders using the client versions:
