The need for blood is constant, and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every two to three seconds, and most of us will need blood in our lifetime.<\/p>\n<p>UNMC Center for Healthy Living and the American Red Cross are hosting an upcoming blood drive. You have the opportunity to save up to three lives. All you need to do is donate blood. <\/p>\n<p><UL><br \/>\n<LI><strong>When:<\/strong> 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, April 8<br \/>\n<LI><strong>Where:<\/strong> The Student Life Center in the Center for
