According to Karen Miller-Kovach, chief scientific officer of Weight Watchers International, the approach has the flexibility to include all the foods members love, while promoting healthier choices that can also keep members satisfied longer, which is key to weight-loss success. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s not just about self-control,&#8221; Pellerito said. &#8220;It&#8217;s about strategies to make it easier to make the healthy choice.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Members can also use Weight Watchers apps for the iPhone, Android and iPad, as well as the Barcode Scanner app, the Snap &#038; Track feature (tracking via photos) and a new mobile web experience. The Weight Watchers app and the mobile web, available to meetings members with eTools and Weight Watchers Online subscribers, gives access to 250,000 food items, and 3,800 recipes and meal ideas. <\/p>\n<p>The Weight Watchers Monthly Pass System provides access to weekly at work meetings, unlimited local meetings, plus eTools, an internet weight-loss companion for $39.95 per month.    <\/p>\n<p>The group meets Wednesdays, with weigh-ins from noon to 12:15 p.m. and meetings following until 1 p.m. Bennett Hall 3003 is the usual meeting room, but the location can vary.
