Maurer, M.D., will speak at two on-campus employee forums on June 10.<\/p>\n<p>The forums will be at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9 a.m. in the Sorrell Center, Room 3002, Paustian Amphitheater, and\n<li>Noon in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.<\/ul>\n<p>Dr. Maurer will review clinical integration and discuss the UNMC budget, including the University of Nebraska&#8217;s contract with the governor regarding tuition increases; employee raises and the salary pool; and the groundbreakings of the Fred &#038; Pamela Buffett Cancer Center and College of Pharmacy, as well as the opening of the Stanley M. Truhlsen Eye Institute.<\/p>\n<p>Joining Dr. Maurer will be: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for human resources, who will discuss the floating holidays\/banked holidays\/vacation policy;\n<li>Jo Watkins, benefits specialist, to discuss flexible spending account changes;\n<li>Brad Britigan, M.D., dean of the College of Medicine, to discuss UNMC&#8217;s ongoing partnership and relationship with the VA medical center.<\/ul>\n<div style=\"display: none;\"><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"\/secure-location.php\" title=\" A  kQKw CPe w D V\"> A  kQKw CPe w D V<\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chancellor Harold M.
