{"id":44289,"date":"2013-09-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2013-09-06T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2013\/09\/06\/new-eshop-interface-makes-notifications-more-accessible\/"},"modified":"2013-09-06T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2013-09-06T05:00:00","slug":"new-eshop-interface-makes-notifications-more-accessible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2013\/09\/06\/new-eshop-interface-makes-notifications-more-accessible\/","title":{"rendered":"New eSHOP interface makes notifications more accessible"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"panel body-content\"><div class=\"panel__container\"><p><i>This is the seventh in a series of articles on how to use eSHOP&#8217;s new interface.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 14, UNMC&#8217;s eSHOP system will replace the classic user interface with a new, improved Phoenix user interface. <\/p>\n<p>As part of this system redesign, Phoenix will offer improved visibility for notifications about action items, such as a document awaiting approval. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, notifications were by email and were not viewable within the application itself. With Phoenix, notifications are accessible from all areas of the site.<\/p>\n<p>For a breakdown of the classic vs. Phoenix action item tasks, click <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Phoenix0906.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>UNMC Today will spotlight improved features from the new interface weekly leading up to the Oct. 14 launch date.
