LiveGreen will be providing free mugs while supplies last.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be giveaways, including UNMC hand sanitizer.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout Spirit Week, faculty, staff and students are invited to use the Center for Healthy Living, including attending fitness classes. All you need is your UNMC ID.<\/p>\n<p>Also throughout the week, if you are the first to spot one of 25 hidden icons in various campus buildings, you will win a free T-shirt. UNMC apparel is also available for sale at each Spirit Week event.<\/p>\n<p>Upcoming activities during Spirit Week include:<\/p>\n<p><b>Tuesday:<\/b> Scavenger hunt and popcorn bar, 11 a.m. beginning at the ice rink. Email <a href=\"mailto:unmcevents@unmc.edu\">UNMC events<\/a> to register a team for the event. Chicago Dawg House food truck will be on campus by the ice rink, accepting cash only.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wednesday:<\/b> Wellness Wednesday yoga and massages, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the ice rink. Yoga will begin at 11:30. Free water, fruit and koozies.<\/p>\n<p><b>Thursday:<\/b> Music, costume contest, pies and a photo booth, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., near the ice rink. The costume contest at 11:30 a.m. includes a chance to win two football tickets to Nebraska&#8217;s game against Michigan State. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/newsroom\/2013\/10\/22\/solve-for-pie-whos-getting-pied-during-spirit-week\/\">Nominated UNMC personalities will also be hit with pies<\/a> &#8212; for a $1 entry, you could win a chance to &#8220;pie&#8221; the nominated person of your choice.<\/p>\n<p><b>Spirit Week shirts, &#8220;pie&#8221; chances for sale<\/b><\/p>\n<p>During Spirit Week, show your UNMC spirit with <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/PublicAffairs\/TodaySite\/images\/siteimages\/Shirts.pdf\" target=\"_blanK\" rel=\"noopener\">these shirts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><UL><br \/>\n<LI>Short-sleeve, heather grey T-shirts are $5;<br \/>\n<LI>Long-sleeved, red T-shirts are $10. <\/UL><\/p>\n<p>Shirts will be on sale at each Spirit Week event; you also can donate $1 for a chance to pie your favorite nominees.<\/p>\n<p>Shirts can be purchased with cash, checks or credit cards. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to wear the shirts during Spirit Week events, which run from Monday through Thursday.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Free
