Changes can be made through Dec. 6.<\/p>\n<p><TABLE border=\"0\" width=\"400\" cellspacing=\"5\" cellpadding=\"3\" align=\"right\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><br \/>\n<TABLE border=\"1\" width=\"390\" cellspacing=\"1\" cellpadding=\"5\" bgcolor=\"99ccff\"><br \/>\n<TR><br \/>\n<TD><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\"><br \/>\n<B><br \/>\nOnline informational meetings today, Nov. 25<br \/>\n<\/B><br \/>\n<BR><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n<font face=\"arial\" size=\"2\"><br \/>\nThe annual NUFlex informational meetings will be offered live online again this year, which will allow employees to view the presentation from home or office. To view a meeting online, visit  <a href=\"https:\/\/connect.unl.edu\/nuflex\">https:\/\/connect.unl.edu\/nuflex<\/a> at one of the following times: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Today: 1:30  to 2:30 p.m.\n<li> Nov. 25: 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.<\/ul>\n<p>The number of participants is limited for each informational meeting &#8212; viewers should log in at least 10 minutes before the session begins. The agenda will be available online before the meetings  <a href=\"http:\/\/go.nebraska.edu\/meetingagenda\">here<\/a>. Benefit questions can be submitted during the online meeting. For help with any connection or technical issues, please contact the Adobe Connect Support line at (800) 422-3623.<br \/>\n<\/P><br \/>\n<\/FONT><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\n<\/TD><br \/>\n<\/TR><br \/>\n<\/TABLE><br \/>\nThis year&#8217;s NUFlex enrollment will be offered online through the  <a href=\"https:\/\/firefly.nebraska.edu\">Firefly Employee Self Service program<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>For those making changes to NUFlex benefits for 2014, enrollment continues to be a relatively easy process. The annual NUFlex enrollment process has been enhanced to simplify online enrollment. If no changes are made online, employees will keep their current benefits and <b>will not<\/b> be enrolled in the Flexible Spending Accounts in 2014. <\/p>\n<p>The life insurance tobacco\/nicotine designation must also be completed annually since the Voluntary Life Insurance premium (if enrolled) is based, in part, on tobacco\/nicotine use. If the tobacco\/nicotine designation is not completed, it will default to tobacco\/nicotine use &#8212; which will result in higher premiums for the voluntary life insurance coverages.
