There is no charge for portraits taken during this time, but reservations must be made at least one week in advance using an <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/forms\/pr\/video_request.cfm\">online request form<\/a>. The form is available on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unmc.edu\/publicrelations\/web.htm\">web and interactive media section<\/a> of the PR website, and can be found through the <a href=\"https:\/\/info.unmc.edu\/quicklinks.htm\">Services page<\/a> on info.unmc.edu.<\/p>\n<p>Multimedia manager Rich Watson is available for photo and video projects. To request his services, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/forms\/pr\/video_request.cfm\">online form<\/a>. Fees for photo and video work are listed on the form. Some requests will be referred to preferred vendors.<\/p>\n<p>The PR department is in the process of updating its list of preferred photography and graphics vendors, and will add a list of videography vendors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Guidelines for photography\/videography requests:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requests must support the strategic plan and campus mission and\/or have broad appeal and relevance to the UNMC community.\n<li>An <a href=\"https:\/\/app1.unmc.edu\/forms\/pr\/video_request.cfm\">online photo\/video request form<\/a> must be completed and submitted.\n<li>Requests should be submitted <b>at least two weeks in advance<\/b> of the event date. The PR department will do its best to accommodate last-minute requests.\n<li>UNMC&#8217;s public relations department will share rights of the photos and videos for potential use on UNMC&#8217;s
