On Friday, Joe Graham and Dave Gannon, M.D., issued a Performance Improvement (PI) update to clinical enterprise physicians and staff. <\/p>\n

The memo and 40-plus PI projects, which range in scope from clinical care to financial operations and culture change, can be viewed on the PI-specific page on the Intranet<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Graham is senior vice president of operations and transformation improvement for the clinical enterprise. Dr. Gannon is associate professor of internal medicine pulmonary at UNMC. Both are on the PI Steering Committee.<\/p>\n
