<\/FONT><\/B><\/p>\n

Students from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy<\/p>\n

were named to the deans list for the spring 2000 semester. To qualify<\/p>\n

for the dean’s list, students must place in the top 20 percent of their<\/p>\n

class and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or above.<\/p>\n

UNMC’s College of Pharmacy is one of the first colleges in the nation<\/p>\n

to offer the doctorate of pharmacy degree. Currently through a grant, the<\/p>\n

college is reducing distance barriers in Nebraska’s rural areas by making<\/p>\n

available computerized health information networks that link rural pharmacies<\/p>\n

with UNMC’s computerized drug and health information system.<\/p>\n
