Participants<br \/>\nwill be asked to meet at the UNMC Family Health Care Center at 31st and<br \/>\nQ Streets where they will receive their first interview and a booklet to<br \/>\nhelp attain their weight goals. Each participant may be paired with a nurse<br \/>\npractitioner student who will provide assistance with healthy eating education<br \/>\nand activity throughout the study. Upon completion of the interview, women<br \/>\nwill receive $25. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>During the six-month study, participants may be asked to visit the health<br \/>\ncenter once a month at their convenience. After six months and completion<br \/>\nof a second interview, women will receive another $25.
