She also will talk about clinical trials.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>UNMC &ndash; along with its hospital partner, The Nebraska Medical Center &#8212; is home to one of the most successful cancer centers in the world. Medical center scientists are known particularly for their expertise in leukemias and lymphomas. The cancer team has led and participated in research that has resulted in better cancer treatments and improved patient care around the world. <\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Pre-registration for the free program is required by Monday, Aug. 27.
