\nThe portion of 41st Street between Dewey Avenue and Harney Street will be closed beginning Tuesday.<\/p>\n

In order to plan for future campuswide parking needs, a new multilevel parking garage will be constructed on Lot 6, directly east of the existing Lot 5 garage. The project is part of a joint effort between Kiewit Building Group, Leo A Daly Company, Nebraska Medicine and UNMC.<\/p>\n

Starting on Tuesday, 41st Street will be closed from the north side of Dewey Avenue to the south side of Harney Street. The closure will continue throughout the duration of the project, estimated to be completed on Nov. 1, 2015. <\/p>\n

Entrance to the Administration Center parking lot will be restricted to the south drive only. Access to the residences on the east side of 41st Street will be through a temporary drive located at the northwest corner of the Administration Center lot.<\/p>\n
