The theme for the fall series is &#8220;Do Something Different for a Change: Employee Engagement, Resiliency and Trust in the Workplace.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Peggy Noll, executive vice president of Noll Human Resources, will speak at 11:30 a.m. at the Durham Research Center Auditorium. She will discuss &#8220;A Fearless Workplace,&#8221; creating an organizational culture based on trust by changing macro and micro behaviors that create a culture of fear to behaviors that create a culture of trust. <\/p>\n<p><b>Registration for the session is required.<\/b>  A boxed lunch will be provided to the first 150 participants who attend the session. To register, log on to <a href=\"https:\/\/net.unmc.edu\/eserv\/\">UNMC Employee Services<\/a>, click on Education tab, then on Event
