A Twitter chat is an organized, real-time conversation around a particular topic. The topic for the National Cancer Institute and Men&rsquo;s Health Network moderated chat was &quot;The Future of Prostate Cancer.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>\nWith more than 200 participants, 1,525 tweets (messages of 140 characters or less), the conversation left more than 19.8 million impressions over the course of the hour.
