Colleagues are invited to stop by Clarkson Cafe and Nebraska Cafe Tuesday to enjoy his specially-created German menus. He&#8217;ll be in Bellevue Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are very fortunate to host Chef Kurt here at Nebraska Medicine,&#8221; said Thomas Hoffman, director of Food and Nutrition at Sodexo. &#8220;This is a unique opportunity for both our staff and those who dine in our cafes.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Every year, Sodexo chooses executive chefs to travel to other countries for its Global Chef program. <\/p>\n<p>Chef Kurt also will mingle with customers, answering questions and discussing German food. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is a great opportunity for us,&#8221; Hoffman said. &#8220;I hope
