Come learn how.<\/p>\n

At a level higher than ever before, UNMC employees supplied their honest feedback to Human Resources via the 2015 Engagement Survey. Many employees have begun to hear department results from their leaders. We want to share even more.<\/p>\n

At 10 a.m. on Wednesday, come hear an overview of the organization-wide results of the 2015 Engagement Survey, learn what employees shared regarding what makes UNMC great and hear about identified areas for improvement.<\/p>\n

Also, learn specifics on how UNMC is building the survey results into an upcoming plan for training and development and get information on how employees can participate in action planning workshops.<\/p>\n
