We know where we want to go, but being present with where we are is sometimes uncomfortable, resulting in undesired stress and anxiety.  When we resist knowing where we are in the moment, we can&#8217;t navigate the direction to where we want to be going. <\/p>\n<p>Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 559-6345. Bring your lunch. Simple refreshments will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture is free.
