\nJan. 26-27<\/strong> – A symposium, "Elevating the Conversation: Stress and Emotional Well-Being" will feature several nationally known speakers. At a student reception on Jan. 26, Lotte Dyrbye, M.D., of the Mayo Clinic will be keynote speaker. She is an expert on burnout, quality of life, and depression as they pertain to medical students.<\/p>\n

\nJan. 28 – <\/strong>Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert and her executive staff will visit the UNMC campus to receive a briefing on the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.<\/p>\n

Keynote speaker will be Vineet Arora, M.D., <\/a>assistant dean of scholarship and discovery at the University of Chicago Medicine.
