On schedule and set to open by the end of 2016, the Lauritzen Outpatient Center will provide outpatient surgical services as well as many clinical and support services to improve the overall patient experience. <\/p>\n

Orthopaedic research and faculty also will be located in the new building. <\/p>\n

Recently some of the Lauritzen family toured the construction site with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., and Nebraska Medicine leadership. Bruce Lauritzen provided his perspective in this short video<\/a>. <\/p>\n
