And once again, Nebraska Medicine-Nebraska Medical Center is the top-rated hospital in the state of Nebraska.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being named as the best hospital in the state, Nebraska Medicine-Nebraska Medical Center was rated as high performing in eight specialties including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancer;\n<li>Gastroenterology &amp; GI Surgery;\n<li>Geriatrics;\n<li>Gynecology;\n<li>Nephrology;\n<li>Neurology &amp; Neurosurgery;\n<li>Pulmonology; and\n<li>Urology.<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;To again be named the best hospital in the state is a testament to the people who work for this organization and their continued dedication and passion,&#8221; said CEO Dan DeBehenke, M.D. &#8220;This award is a tangible reflection of the serious medicine and extraordinary care provided to our patients on a daily basis.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The U.S. News <a href=\"http:\/\/health.usnews.com\/best-hospitals\">Best Hospitals<\/a> rankings, now in their 27th year, help guide patients to hospitals that deliver outstanding care across 25 specialties, procedures and conditions.
