Lauritzen Outpatient Center, at 40th and Leavenworth, is nearing completion and will open by the end of 2016. More than 165,000 square feet will transform how Nebraska Medicine will deliver care through improved access and a simplified, enhanced patient experience. <\/p>\n

Nebraska Medicine and UNMC will transition telemedicine and a large portion of outpatient services, including surgery, as well as orthopaedics research and faculty.<\/p>\n

Recently some of the Scott family toured telemedicine, located on the fourth floor, with UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., and UNMC and Nebraska Medicine leadership. John Scott provided his perspective in this short video<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
