Seeing the advance of medicine from 1988 when he started to today when patients are surviving cancer much longer and engaging in preventive medicine is gratifying.<\/p>\n<p><b>Degrees:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.S., University of Nebraska-Lincoln\n<li>M.S., South Dakota State University\n<li>M.D., American University of the Caribbean\n<li>Residency, internal medicine, University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine<\/ul>\n<p><b>Three things people may not know about me:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I&#8217;ve run two marathons and still enjoy playing ice hockey.\n<li>I have yet to accomplish my goal of a four-hour marathon and hope to continue to train to accomplish this in the next few years.\n<li>I also have 19-month-old twins, Sean and Isla, and I run around Lake Zorinsky with them in a running stroller multiple times a week to work toward this goal.<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>His
