Most doctors specialize in children, and often see a decrease in the diseases effects as teens transition into early adulthood. However, fractures start happening again.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the first clinic in the area to focus on patients over 18 with OI. The doctors expect to see many adult OI patients from all over the country in the first year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partnership between Nebraska Medicine
