\n <\/TABLE>Mother Nature came through big time, as the weather was perfect for this year’s American Heart Association’s Heart Walk on May 13. <\/p>\n

The walk, held at Miller’s Landing, drew thousands of walkers taking part to fight heart disease and stroke. Thanks to everyone with team Nebraska Medicine\/UNMC who participated or donated money for this year’s event. <\/p>\n

Together, our team raised more than $24,000 from 246 generous donors! There were 572 colleagues and their friends and families that registered.<\/p>\n
