The helipad will be operational later this month.<\/p>\n<p><b>Dewey Avenue and 45th Street open<\/b><br \/>\nBeginning today, Dewey Avenue, 45th Street (also known as Durham Research Plaza) and the connecting roundabout are now open.<\/p>\n<p>Patients are encouraged to use valet parking at the front entrance off 45th Street.
