As a classroom teacher, I wanted to make learning meaningful, fun and engaging, so I started integrating innovative teaching practices and tools into lessons. I had a very positive experience and was able to see firsthand the lasting impact this type of learning had on my students. This led me to pursue my master&#8217;s degree, which had an emphasis on educational technology.  <\/p>\n<p>I love sharing this passion with others and found my calling (so to say) in advancing teaching and learning in higher education through educational technology and innovation. I assist\/guide visually impaired and mobility impaired individuals in downhill skiing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.\n<li>I love to sew and
